The Upcoming “Israeli” Elections: A Fierce Competition Between Deadly Vipers And Venomous Snakes

All expectations indicate that the upcoming “Israeli” elections, which will take place on 1 November, will in fact be a fierce contention between the manifestly racist mainstream right represented by the Likud party, led by former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and his competitors from the openly fascist parties such as “Yamina,”  the Zionist settler camp and Zionist religious groups.

According to the Hebrew press, Netanyahu will focus in his upcoming Israeli election campaign on the need to promote “Jewish ethnic purity” to ensure that the Jewish state remains purely Jewish. Netanyahu has repeatedly urged the Palestinians to recognize Israel as a Jewish state, regardless of the fact that the apartheid state has a large Arab minority,  constituting more than one-fifth of the population. Netanyahu has never made clear what he exactly means by  “Jewish state,” but experts readily agree that Netanyahu harbours malicious intents behind that laconic phrase.

Some observers speak quite candidly about Netanyahu’s obsession of carrying out a  “historic neutralization” of the large Arab minority, either through expulsion or by way of depriving the Arabs of their rights as citizens on the ground that they are non-Jews living unwantedly in an exclusively Jewish state.

Needless to say, the fact that these Arabs and their ancestors had been living in Palestine since time immemorial, certainly many centuries before Netanyahu’s family immigrated to Palestine a few decades ago,  is simply ignored.

It is worth noting in this context that the Israeli parliament (the Knesset) passed the so-called Nationality Law four years ago, which stipulates that a citizen who enjoys all the rights of citizenship, including the right to self-determination, must be a Jew.  Non-Jews are denied this right by law, even if they scarify their lives for Israel, like the Druze community.

Interestingly, the very concept of a Jewish racial or ethnic purity is infinitely ridiculous, since there is no such thing as a Jewish race. Indeed, until today,  more than 70 years after the creation of the Zionist entity, Israel has been utterly unable to reach a single, unified definition of “who is a Jew.”

In ancient times, a Jew was generally defined in religious terms as someone who subscribes to Jewish beliefs and practices Judaism. In modern times, especially since the emergence of the Zionist movement in the nineteenth century, other secular definitions of “who is a Jew” were innovated. Thus, a Jew became any person who has a Jewish mother.” As to what makes the mother Jewish, it is quite a different question, which even the country’s chief rabbi can’t answer.

Nonetheless, politicians and propagandists continue to deceive themselves and the world by speaking of a Jewish race!

But when one confronts these pathological liars that Jews in Israel hail from every conceivable race and ethnic background in the world, they insult people’s intelligence by pointing out that DNA tests proved that black (Ethiopian) Jews and  Anglo-Saxon white Jews have the same ancestry  and that Khazar (Ashkenazi) Jews carry the same genes as do Berber Jews from North Africa! In short, an educated and honest person can’t really conduct a meaningful conversation with these people who use the big-lie tactics to prove their ludicrous legends.! And when you  refuse to take for granted their diatribe of nonsense, because it is an insult to ordinary human intelligence,  they instantly throw the ready-made charge of anti-Semitism at your face!

Israeli Elections and the “nationality” law

This notorious law is very similar to the Nazi Nuremberg laws, such as the Citizenship Law of  1935. Many historians believe that the mentioned laws formed the “legal infrastructure” for the Nazi Holocaust that occurred in the last years of World War II.   This shows that Auschwitz, Bergen Belsen, Dachau, Mauthausen, Treblinka and other death camps effectively began when these decidedly criminal laws were first adopted in 1935, not when they actually occurred in 1939-1945.

With the Israeli Jewish society now sinking in the quagmire of racism and fascism,  one might wonder if the racist laws issued so far or those expected to be passed in the  near future auger some hair-raising prospects for the non-Jewish population of Israel.

Media Ploy

Predictably, Netanyahu defends these racist laws by repeating the deceptive mantra that Israel is a “Jewish and democratic state”, but this logic is no more than a kind of evasion. Indeed, every serious pundit of the conflict   knows deep in his\her heart  that Netanyahu and the rest of the Zionist clique  resort to this “media ploy” to bamboozle world public opinion, especially the largely gullible American public, which is shockingly ignorant about  Zionist tricks.

Netanyahu…the Evil liar

The second main goal that Netanyahu would like to achieve is to try to make  Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip  hopeless and helpless “ orphans” by expediting normalization efforts with the remaining Arab dictatorships that have not yet normalized relations with Israel.

In so doing, he would coerce or cajole  Arab leaders, who are not answerable to their masses,  to commit adultery with the Palestinian cause, including the paramount issue of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque, all without making any substantial concessions to the Palestinians.

Furthermore, it is widely expected that Netanyahu will seek, in the upcoming elections, probably in alliance with religious Zionism and the Haredi parties, to continue narrowing the horizons of Palestinians and change the status quo at the Haram al-Sharif, which houses the Aqsa Mosque and the golden Dome of the Rock by legislating Talmudic prayers and rituals in its esplanade. Such a feat would be carried out in preparation for Judaizing the exclusively Islamic sanctuary,  fully or entirely, amid a terrible silence on the part of Arabs and Muslims, especially the regimes which have normalized their relations with the Zionist entity. A Netanyahu government would also continue to steal Palestinian lands in full view of a world that does not see or hear but understands only the language of force.

As mentioned above,  Netanyahu’s final goal is represented in his unbridled desire to shrink the political weight of more than two million Arabs who have been striving for justice and equality in Israel for many decades, despite the enormous difficulties they face. It is worth noting that Netanyahu reproached former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett because the latter’s government coalition included a small Arab party upon which the government depended on for its very survival. In light, we can firmly argue that placing any hopes on the next Israeli government, which is likely to be headed by Netanyahu, would be very much like searching for justice in the dens of thieves and looking for safety in the holes of venomous snakes, which is a disastrous course of action by all standards.

Will China Invade Taiwan? The Looming Danger Of World War 3 Explained

While the world is engulfed in the Ukraine-Russia war, global inflation, food shortage, and scorching heat, China is preparing to conclude its long-simmering plan to invade Taiwan.

Here’s an in-depth report:

Will China Invade Taiwan: An Overview

China’s goals for Taiwan are well known. Tensions between the two nations have been stoked for years by opposing perspectives over the sovereignty of the little island country. And now, they are reaching boiling point.

Beijing sees Taiwan as a breakaway province, even though it has never been a part of China. Moreover, the so-called reunification with Taiwan has been a top priority for the Chinese president, Xi Jinping, ever since he came to office. And he hasn’t ruled out using force to do this.

Taiwan’s military, which has 169,000 active soldiers, is outnumbered by its superpower neighbors’ million-strong army by over a 20 to 1 margin. And, with the looming danger of China’s invasion of Taiwan; expert fear, the world is inching closer to a World War situation.

Why does Taiwan Matters to the World?

If China were to Invade Taiwan, two nuclear power heads, China and the US, could warhead to head into what could escalate into world war three.

But why is Taiwan so important for the world, especially for the US?

South China Sea Dispute

The South China Sea is one of the most important regions for global trade because over 30% of the world’s shipping passes through the passage, which amounts to $3.37 Trillion in trade per year. The sea also homes 11 billion barrels of untapped crude oil and 190 Trillion cubic feet of natural gas.

And most important of all, the country controlling this region will have significant military benefits.

For years, China has been keenly taking control of the region. To an extent, where the Sino military has created an artificial island to claim the South China Sea as its own.

So, if China succeeds in invading, it will have the upper hand in the second most important region in the world, handing China significant military dominance in the area.

US’s Promise in Question

The US does not recognize Taiwan as an officially different state. But, the Taiwan Relations Act 1979 does require the US to aid Taiwan in self-defect. President Bidden also testified that in case of Chinese assault, Washington would protect Tawain with force.

Though Biden has framed US support for Taiwan in terms of ideals, such as the defense of democracy against despotism, many analysts point out that Washington also views the island as strategically significant.

Furthermore, if China invades Taiwan, the US will be forced to reciprocate to honor its promise. Failing to do so would put Washington in question even with its strongest allies, including NATO.

Taiwan: The Semiconductor Hots top

From laptops to game consoles and automobiles, most of our electronic equipment is powered by semiconductors chips manufactured in Taiwan.

Taiwan alone has 63% of the market share in the global semiconductor industry. By one measure, TSMC (Taiwan semiconductor manufacturing company) holds over 54%. It’s a vast industry worth over 100 billion USD in 2021.

Therefore, Taiwan is the world’s semiconductor hotspot that powers significant tech companies, including Apple, Intel, and Nvidia. And, with China in control of Taiwan, it will directly take over one of the world’s most vital industries.

Can China Takeover Taiwan By Force?

The People’s Liberation Army has significantly improved under President Xi Jinping to an extent where invading Taiwan is possible.

However, one key determiner is how close PLA is to mastering the skills required to deploy thousands of troops to Taiwan by air or sea, take over the island and push over to size crucial areas like railways, ports, and communication.

However, even if LPA- the biggest military force in the world-wanted to annex Taiwan, doing so would be fraught with danger.

While subjected to naval and aircraft bombardment, the Sino military will have to cross Taiwan bay with over 100,000 soldiers. And, even if the military were to reach Taiwan’s coast; landing aircraft to unload armored personnel carriers, artilleries, and tanks would be a challenge because of the island’s rocky shoreline.

The invasion will further provoke large-scale combat between the US and China. China Taiwan tensions

Taiwan Brace for China’s Invasion

With China’s aggressive military power demonstration near Taiwanese borders and Nancy Pelosi’s visit, the Taiwanese authorities are preparing for the invasion. Now, allies are pumping in more military aid while the neighbors are arming with new fighter jets.

According to Chinese officials, live-fire sea and air exercises are being conducted in six different regions around Taiwan. The drill includes over 100 planes, including ten warships, bombers, and fighter jets.

However, Taiwan is also setting the stage for strong retaliation.

Last week, Taiwan conducted its largest ever military drills that stimulated the repulsion of an invading force. The city across Tawin shut down for thirty minutes for nationwide military exercises.

And now, with China set to orchestrate fresh military drills near Taiwan; the island nations say, “Our military will be ready but will not ask for war.“

Latest Killings In Occupied Territories Portend A Tumultuous Period Ahead

The latest spate of killings in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, which claimed the lives of as many as 48 Palestinians including at least 15 children and many other civilians, is precipitating agitation and turmoil in the Occupied Territories.

Indeed, unlike previous rounds of hostilities, the latest round was started by Israel without any real provocation from the Palestinian side. This is why most Palestinians feel provoked and violated.

The killing of an additional 4 Palestinians in the West Bank on 9 August made an already volatile situation even more incendiary, prompting pundits to warn that the overall situation has already reached the explosive point.

Nonetheless, large-scale Palestinian protests, even if peaceful and non-violent,   would likely invite stringent Israeli reactions in the form of killing and maiming yet more Palestinian in the Occupied Territories, which in turn would fuel more turmoil and violence. It is well known that Israel is almost innately eager to demonstrate that it alone is in charge.  This alone should be sufficient to explain Israel’s relentless efforts to appease its insatiable security ego and placate insolent settlers and extreme right-wingers, who are wielding immense political power in government and society.

Ominous time in the offing

A preview of the ominous period ahead occurred in Nablus in the northern West Bank Tuesday when Israeli troops fired anti-tank missiles at an old structure, killing Ibrahim Nabulsi who barricaded himself in the old house in the city’s old quarter. He was killed immediately, along with two other men, reportedly affiliated with Fatah’s Aqsa Brigade.

The killings drew angry reactions from Fatah activists in various parts of the West Bank, where shops and businesses were asked to shut off and tires were set on fire.

In Hebron, the southernmost and most populous West Bank town,   which had witnessed a rare extended period of calm, Israeli troops shot and killed 17-year-old Mumin Yasin Jaber at the Bab el-Zawiya business district in downtown. Eyewitnesses intimated that the boy at no point posed a real threat to crack soldiers hundreds of meters away.

According to the Israeli account, the boy was hurling stones on soldiers. A number of other boys were injured, sustaining non-fatal gunshot wounds.

The killing of the Hebron boy seemed to carry a stern message that the Israeli occupation forces would from now on shoot to kill at the slightest provocation, especially in the event the Palestinian populace embarked on a fresh uprising.

This ominous prediction should be taken seriously, given the proximity of the upcoming Israeli elections and the likelihood of an even more extreme right wing government assuming power after the elections, slated for 1 November.

It is common knowledge that incumbent Israel leaders facing elections tend to display exaggerated cruelty and spill more Palestinian blood to increase their popularity and attract more voters from an increasingly jingoistic Israeli electorate.

Predictable PA paralysis

For its part, the Palestinian Authority (PA)  is reacting quite feebly to the latest Israeli escalation in Gaza and the West Bank. PA Chief spokesman Nabil Abu Rudena reiterated the same words heard ad nauseam following every bloody Israeli rampage. He said the PA condemned the Israeli aggression in the strongest terms, adding that “we urge the international community to provide protection for our people from the killing machine of the Israeli army.”

Abu Rudeina also castigated Israel for “using the blood of our children as a fuel for the upcoming Israeli elections.”

Nevertheless, Abu Rudeina can’t be expected to reflect a better state of affair of an entity that is living its bleakest period ever, since its creation following the conclusion of the Oslo Accords in 1993.

Some observers opine that the PA is nearing the implosion point. Earlier this week, the aging and ailing PA President Mahmoud Abbas decided to withdraw a security detail from Tawfik Tiraw, the former Intelligence Chief of the PA. This included withdrawing security personnel outside Tirawi’s home and taking their firearms as punitive action against the prominent former aide of Yasser Arafat.

The decision came days after the unceremonious firing of Tirawi from his post as “Head of the board of trustees” of the PA military Academy in Jericho. A new Board has been appointed, mostly comprising Abbas loyalists.

When Tirawi was asked why he was sacked from his post, he said rather tersely: “Ask the president.”  However, it is widely believed that serious disagreements between Tirawi and Hussein Sheikh, stand behind the sacking. Observers in the occupied territories contend that Sheikh is being groomed by Israel and Abbas to be the next PA leader.

The PA is also undergoing an unprecedentedly harsh financial crisis.

To exacerbate the crisis even further, Israel last week decided to withhold the transfer of some $180 million to the PA to  “offset” stipends paid to thousands of Palestinian prisoners languishing in Israeli jails as well as to the families of Palestinians killed while resisting the Israeli occupation.

The withholding of the taxes and customs funds, which Israel collects on behalf of the PA, epitomizes the asymmetrical relations between the Israeli master who holds all the reins and controls all the money, and the helpless vanquished Palestinian supplicant whose very survival depends on the occupier’s good will.

Last week, the PA finance Minister Shukri Bishara said the PA was at the bottom of a deep hole, financially speaking. He appealed to the teachers’ union to be considerate and refrain from carrying out threats to declare an open strike in protest against low salaries, high inflation and skyrocketing costs of living. Gaza Under Attack

Bad timing for Palestinians

The latest Israeli escalation in the occupied Territories comes at a time when the attention of the international community is focused on the Ukrainian crisis and the mounting tension between the U.S. and China over Taiwan. Hence, the relatively modest solidarity with the Palestinians in comparison to previous rounds of Israeli aggression.

Moreover, Arab solidarity was also conspicuously less than it was before the spate of normalization between Israel and such regimes as the UAE, Bahrain, Sudan, Morocco and Saudi Arabia. This shows the much-celebrated Abraham Accords were actually a sharp dagger pierced in the heart of the Palestinian cause rather than a portent of peace as alleged by dishonest Israeli, American and some ignorant or perfidious Arab officials.

Finally, the decision of Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid and Defense Minister Benny Gants to up the ante in the occupied territories is likely to strengthen their most extreme religious and nationalist Zionist competitors who seem more convinced than ever that now is the most opportune time to liquidate the Palestinian cause, thinking that international and regional conditions are conducive to realizing such a ghoulish feat. The Aftershock Of Trauma: Reflections From Gaza In August, 2022

It’s pretty much the same news, the same incidents, the same feelings of helplessness and weakness. Everything is familiar. From the children mercilessly killed to the melancholy over youths whose lives have been stripped away due to trauma, to the women leaving their children behind . I feel drained writing repeatedly about the situation in Gaza. Nothing has changed. The most recent aggression on Gaza finished just yesterday, but the pain is ongoing. I’m sure the ones who physically survived,  lost something inside, or maybe died in spirit. We try to resist all that, the traumas, the overwhelming losses of our loved ones. We’re people, after all. We need to ask for the aggressions to stop. In fact, we need to ask Israel to stop what it is doing, which seems to feel impossible to admit for so many Westerners. Israel wasn’t provoked at all, yet they massacred us shamelessly this time. Gaza Under Attack

Just few days ago, I woke up to the news that Gaza was under attack. The first thing I thought of was: there’s nobody to help us. And sadly, it’s true. I’m thankful this intense aggression lasted only three days, but who will bring the children who died back to life? Who will return Khalil Abu Hamada, an only child delivered after15 years and six cycles of in vitro fertilization to his parents? Imagine that after 13 years of marriage and many attempts of pregnancy you will have a baby. Then Imagin that after 19 years from his birth you will lose him! Who will heal Soad Hassouna, who graduated with a high GPA and was recently recorded talking about her aspiration to become a dentist, from the traumas she’s now enduring because her house was hit in an airstrike? She was actually found in the rubble. She was pulled out, but whether she will survive is unknown. She also lost her brother.

Gaza children are familiar with war Calamities

“My little daughters vividly recall the previous aggression”, says Deema Aydieh. “They opened the windows before I even told them to. They knew that this way, our home would be safer; the glass wouldn’t break and shatter around us.

“They prepared their prayer clothes, and asked me to pack our important files and things, so we wouldn’t forget them if we had to leave out of sudden.

“For a moment, it felt as if my little daughters had gained, too rapidly years of wisdom, although their dreams and wishes were very simple. They just wanted to be safe. All they wanted to protect were their favorite clothes and toys, and the money they had saved from the previous Eid, which they planned to use to purchase school supplies. Their childhood is mixed with both innocence and wisdom, things that don’t often come together. But, it’s Gaza, the land of paradoxes, she added”.

It’s crystal clear that such aggressions, in other words, become painful traumas very familiar to children in the Gaza Strip. I, myself, am a five-years-old survivor and can recall the time I stood before classroom window and saw the flesh of human beings flying in the air during an airstrike by our Israeli occupiers. I remember the shock and the cold that wrapped my body. In that moment, everything turned white in my mind, everything stopped, and there was only emptiness. Life didn’t really matter after that, because I realized how cheap we are to the rest of the world. That was during the second aggression on Gaza. I remember it happened when I was at a United Nations Relief and Works Agency school. It’s ironic to me that they’re considered shelters, while Israel targets children, civilians, mosques, and even schools. In an aggression, there’s no safe place in Gaza, and Gazans know this very well.

Israeli aggressions against Gazans leave them traumatized

Once, when I was talking to a therapist, Cheryl Qamar, I asked if it’s true that all Gazans suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD. She replied that any human who experiences these types of incidents will probably suffer from PTSD, so there’s a strong likelihood that all Gazans do. She added that we might be suffering from CPTSD (complex post-traumatic stress disorder) as well, as a result of experiencing prolonged or repeated traumas.

I remember when my friend Raja visited Gaza, and asked me what it was with Gazan girls and boys, because we were all afraid of cats. I’m not sure, but I think it’s because trauma manifests itself in us through fears and phobias. I also noticed it, as I used to be afraid of cats and many other things too, but thanks to God, I’ve overcome many of my fears and I am trying to overcome the rest. Israeli Terrorism

Gazan youths question their reality and fate, living under the Israeli occupation

I wonder whether killing civilians in times of aggression is allowed, even if for self-defense purposes, and I wonder how it was okay to kill five-year-old Alaa Qadoum. Alaa was only a small child, and was never a threat to anyone. She was supposed to register for kindergarten this year.

I wonder how killing Daniana Alamour, a 22-year-old student at Al-Aqsa University, is in any way beneficial to Israel. Daniana was the same age as me and lived in my neighborhood, studied where I study. We both loved art, yet she was smarter and more talented, and made a collection of beautiful portraits before she died and hung them in our neighborhood’s gallery. If killing her is okay in the eyes of Israel, then killing me can be highly expected in future aggressions.

I wonder who should be called a terrorist—Ashraf Al Qesi, who didn’t hesitate to allow the Palestinian Civil Defense to demolish part of his house in order to rescue his neighbors, after nearby buildings were destroyed by Israeli airstrikes, or the one who is shooting at civilians from the sky.

The pain Israel causes Gaza is not only during aggressions; it goes beyond that. Israel has imposed a lockdown on us since 2007. People here aren’t allowed to travel except for specific purposes like illness and education, and even though this should be the case, I have met many Palestinians who met the required conditions and who have not been allowed by Israel to leave Gaza. Some of them tried in vain many times to get Israel’s permission.

It hurt me quite deeply when my friend Hossam Abu Shammala said that he wanted to travel abroad, because that way he’d be living a dignified life. He meant that living in Gaza is a form of humiliation, and it’s hard to admit, but it’s true. It takes unbelievable strength, courage, spirit, and resilience to be able to live in such a place. Our fate as youths isn’t even known. When we look at the future, all that we see is utter chaos. It’s not that we’re inherently messed up or lost, it’s that the situation here makes us miserable. Yet, we try to resist it and make the best out of it. We try to live happily in the world’s largest open-air prison, not knowing what crime we have committed. We try to find hope every day, and we manage to do that. Sometimes it’s really hard, but we are survivors.

Palestinian IT Engineers: From The Occupied Palestine To The Top Global Companies

Palestinian IT Engineers’ minds continue to prove its cleverness and worth, disregarding all the obstacles and difficulties it faces and the successive crises that the region is witnessing, whether internal or external. Palestinians were not satisfied with proving this locally, so they insisted that they have their mark by which they are known outside the borders of their stolen homeland.

Six Years of Adham’s Hard Work to Reach Google

Adham Sahib’s journey of success and hard work began in 2016 when he started studying at Birzeit University. The university witnessed his permanent presence on the honor list, except once, in his third year, when he travelled on a student exchange scholarship, during which Adham studied at the University of Glasgow in Britain for one semester. When he returned to his country, Palestine, he worked on his graduation project with two of his friends. His graduation project was about designing an artificial intelligence system that could help blinds distinguish things around them through audible information. He finished his computer engineering journey by graduating with distinction.
At the beginning of his career journey, Adham also worked in ASAL Company. It didn’t take long for him to start planning his next step, and he was never satisfied with his success; that step took him to Google in London.

From a High School Robotic Competition…. To Google

Dalia Awad is a 21-year-old computer engineering student at the Islamic University of Gaza. She first started coding in high school; there was a robotic competition that her teacher thought she should enter as Dalia has programming skills. In 2019, she had a scholarship to attend a boot camp in Jordan with ANERA and RBK, during which she spent 4 months of intensive training about software engineering. Then, the training program was implemented in Gaza in 2020, and she was selected to work with the two institutions as a Software Trainee. She also worked in many international companies, such as:
  • Google: Software Engineer Intern (STEP)-
  • Datadog: Software Engineer Intern –
  • PLUS (Anera & RBK): Software Trainer-
She was able to find a Google job through the Manara.tech program in 2020. This program teaches engineers how to land their dream job by training them for the interviewers for the Big Tech Companies. Later that year, she had her first real internship interview, and it was for one of the most well-known companies in the world. Working for Google was a dream come true.

“I Don’t Follow Trends; I Create Trends”

Engineer Hazem Kamel Madi, a Technical Advisor at Springboard (the second largest global IT service provider and academe), was awarded last month as one of the Top 40 Technical Advisors around the world with a Global Platform called ADPList. He was granted the accreditation badge as a technical advisor and mentor with another global platform called “The Mentoring Club” in Software Product Innovation and User Experience Design. He began to delve into the field before university, so when he joined the university, he only studied 26 hours, then completely stopped studying without returning. Hazem completed his career, which he started at the age of 15 by self-learning. As a result, he quickly began to integrate into the online work in addition to working in local companies, which strengthen his personality and earned him abundant realistic experience built on the strong scientific foundation he obtained during his journey in the field. Until he reached a certain extent, Hazem began to feel the need from people around him for an initiative that would gain them advanced techniques different from the common in the field around them. So, he set out to provide interactive educational opportunities for them by organizing events for introducing the field in its true way and addressing general topics in order to raise the level of these activities and build an integrated training program specialized in the field for free and personally. This online program had two versions for two consecutive years. The first version targeted 25 people and the second targeted 125. He continued to spread the culture of the field until it became one of the necessities in his life. Although, the biggest challenge he faced was the failure of the competent places and institutions in the country to embrace his ideas, the global advanced and specialized technical platforms and societies in the field were his incubators. That point was the start towards excellence and creativity more and more until it became present and effective with the following global platforms:
  • ADPList Org
  • The Mentoring Club Platform
  • Re-create Platform
  • Product Classroom USA
  • Orpetron Web Design Awards
Recently, Hazem has been awarded as one of the best 1% mentors whole around the globe. He always ends his words with his usual sentence at the top of his website:
(I don’t follow trends; I create trends).

Latest Display Of Israeli Nazism In Gaza Leaves Dozens Of Palestinian Civilians Dead And Maimed

As many as 200 Palestinian civilians have been either killed or wounded as a result of sustained Israeli bombing and artillery bombardment of the Gaza Strip, which started Friday afternoon.

Medical sources in Gaza said at least 23 Palestinians, including 5 children and elderly people, were killed and as many as 200 other civilians injured, many of them sustaining critical injuries.

A spokesperson for the Shefaa hospital in Gaza said that “in light of the serious nature of the wounds, the number of martyrs is likely to rise significantly.”

The same spokesman, who was speaking to Aljazeera TV Saturday afternoon, said some injured kids lost some of their limbs, which he said forced doctors to amputate hands or feet.

Ashraf Qidra, a prominent Health Ministry official said health services in the entire besieged Gaza Strip were collapsing due to several reasons, including a serious shortage of medical equipment, the high number of casualties, an electricity cut off, and Israel’s refusal to allow certain badly needed medical appliances and spare-parts into the seaside enclave, under a hermetic Israeli blockade for 15 years.

Murdered Palestinian Civilians

Among the dead was a four-year-old child whose home was destroyed by a high-flying F-a6 aircraft.

Eyewitnesses reported that at least five homes in various parts of Gaza, sheltering more than 35 people, have been either fully or partially  destroyed.

Israel routinely targets civilians’ residential homes “to cause maximum anguish and pain” to ordinary Palestinians.

To justify the war crime, Israel usually claims that a member of the family living in the targeted home is suspected of being affiliated with one of the resistance groups in the Strip.

Another victim was a 68-year-old woman who was riding in a car, as she was preparing for her son’s wedding.

An Israeli army spokesman denied reports that the Israeli occupation army was targeting civilians deliberately.

However, the large number of civilian Palestinian casualties suggests that the spokesman was not telling the truth, since mistakes occur a few times, but in this case,  disproportionate civilian casualties are the norm rather than the exception.

Targeting Palestinian worshipers

In the latest developments, an Israeli warplane targeted worshipers just leaving a Mosque at the Jabalya refugee camp north of Gaza around 9:00 pm Saturday. According to unofficial accounts, at least five worshipers, including three children, were killed and at least 15 others were injured.  According to eyewitnesses, the murderous attack occurred minutes after the worshipers ended the night prayers, which suggests that Israel was intending to kill more Palestinians, taking advantage of international apathy.

Unprovoked aggression

Israeli officials and spokespersons were at loss, trying to find a single genuine justification for the latest murderous aggression.

Israel’s interim Prime Minister said that Israel was targeting the Islamic Jihad group, accusing it of “planning to harm Israelis.”

In the past rounds of aggression on the already-bombed our Gaza Strip, Israel used to claim that onslaughts were in response to rocket attacks by Palestinian resistance groups, although these attacks were themselves carried out in retaliation of murderous Israeli crimes such as the assassination of Palestinian leaders and activists.

This time however, there was no rocket firing from the Gaza Strip by any Palestinian resistance group, including the Islamic Jihad.

This fact leaves us with one and only plausible explanation, namely that the ongoing murderous onslaught is aimed first and foremost to spill as much Palestinian blood as possible under the circumstances, to score election points.

It is well known in Israel that murdering Palestinians, especially children, is the cheapest and most effective tactic incumbent prime ministers used to win more votes from the Israeli Jewish public. Many Israeli politicians and candidates for Prime Minister publicly bragged, even in a disgustingly graphic manner, about their murderous crimes. There is no doubt in this writer’s mind that the current round of bloodshed in Gaza involves this macabre dimension.

Israeli cowardice

Apart from targeting women and children, Israel is demonstrating real cowardice by using its overwhelming military power, supplied by the U.S., to murder innocent and impoverished people who can hardly feed their kids. I think that even the most hardened Nazis and anti-Semites must be quite satisfied with themselves watching the grandchildren and great-grandchildren of their former victims at Auschwitz, torment and incinerate innocent Palestinians. Certainly, watching Israel’s low-combustion holocaust in Gaza must have a strong soothing effect on the former tormentors of Jews, though retrospectively.

Reactions

Reacting to the latest murderous display of Israeli Nazism against the already thoroughly tormented Palestinians, the US, as usual, said that Israel has the right to defend itself.

The US, Israel’s guardian ally and guarantor of Zionist hegemony, seemed unwilling to distinguish between “defending one’s self” on the one hand, and knowingly, deliberately and callously murdering innocent men, women, and children trebling in fear in their own homes.

But that is America. It just takes a Putin to understand her.

Britain, which begat Israel through the Balfour Declaration, issued a terse statement, urging both sides to exercise self-restraint.

Even the EU, from which one would expect a modicum of fairness, issued a similarly routine statement, calling on all sides to avoid escalation.

As to Arab reactions, it was amply clear the bulk of Arab states, particularly those who have effectively betrayed the Palestinian cause by normalizing with the apartheid Israeli regime, reacted to bloody aggression with total silence.

In the past countries such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco used to issue routine statements denouncing Israeli aggression. Now, even such innocuous routine statements disappeared. This is the real outcome of the disgraceful normalization between these dictatorships and Zionist entity.  Even Egypt, the largest Arab country, with a population of 110 million, remains mum as if the murderous aggression on Gaza was not taking place not 250 kilometers away, but occurring on a distant planet.

Algeria, Kuwait, Qatar and Jordan, which enjoy a semblance of freedom of speech, strongly condemned the aggression, calling on the international community to provide protection for the Palestinian people against recurrent Israeli barbarianism. Finally, the Israeli Prime Minister was quoted Saturday as saying that he would allow Jewish extremists to enter the Aqsa Mosque esplanade tomorrow to mark the annual anniversary of the destruction of the Solomon Temple. This step is likely to make an already incendiary situation even more volatile.

Ayman Al-Zawahiri Killed In A Drone Strike By The US

United States President Joe Biden has revealed that the US killed Ayman al-Zawahiri, the leader of al-Qaeda, in an Afghani drone operation over the weekend. The operation killed him on Sunday during a CIA counterterrorism operation in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. He was one of the most wanted terrorists in America and collaborated with Osama Bin Laden in the planning of the 9/11 attacks. The United States confirmed that it was a CIA drone that attacked and killed Zawahiri. The US claims that his death is the biggest blow to al-Qaeda since it killed Osama bin Laden in 2011.

Zawahiri was rumored to be hiding in the tribal region of Pakistan or within Afghanistan prior to his killing. A senior administration official told reporters that Zawahiri had been hiding for years. He confirmed that the operation to find and kill him was the result of “careful patient and persistent” work by the counter-terrorism and intelligence community.

Justice Has Been Delivered- Claims US President Joe Bidden

Bidden who was isolated by a recurrence of covid-19 was aware of the attack on Zawahiri. He spoke outdoors on Monday from the Blue room Balcony at the White House. He said that he had given the final approval for the “precision strike” after months of planning. This strike comes a year after Biden gave the order to remove US forces from Afghanistan. It was immediately afterward that the Taliban captured power there.

Talking about the withdrawal of the US troops from Afghanistan, Bidden made the following statement. ” I made the decision that after 20 years of war. The United States no longer needed thousands of boots on the ground in Afghanistan to protect America from terrorists who seek to do us harm. And I made a promise to the American people, that we continue to conduct effective counterterrorism operations in Afghanistan and beyond. We’ve done just that.”

“Our intelligence community located Zawahiri earlier this year — he moved to downtown Kabul to reunite with members of his immediate family,” he continued.

Biden further stated that “For decades, he was the mastermind of attacks against Americans.”

“Now, justice has been delivered and this terrorist leader is no more. People around the world no longer need to fear the vicious and determined killer,” Bidden said.

Ayman al-Zawahiri After The Killing Of Osama Bin Laden

Zawahiri, who turned 71 this year, had continued to be a prominent international face of the organization. This happened during the11 years after the US killed Osama bin Laden. He had served as bin Laden’s personal physician, political partner, and right-hand guy at one point. Al-Zawahiri had occupied the official page of the FBI under the “Most Wanted” title. The FBI page informs from the color of his eyes to his various aliases. Under his name the page mentions “Murder of U.S. Nationals Outside the United States; Conspiracy to Murder U.S. Nationals Outside the United States; Attack on a Federal Facility Resulting in Death”. It also mentioned that the United States Department of State offered a reward of up to $25 million for ‘information leading directly to the apprehension or conviction of Ayman Al-Zawahiri’. On Monday the FBI updated its Most Wanted Terrorist poster with Zawahiri’s status as “Deceased.”

Who was Ayman Al-Zawahiri?

Zawahiri was born in Egypt in 1951 and raised in Maadi, several miles from the capital Cairo. As a student, Syed Qutb’s work greatly influenced him. Qutb was an Egyptian writer who was one of the foremost figures in modern Sunni Islamic revivalism. Zawahiri became a highly educated professional and trained in one of the country’s leading universities. He went on to become a doctor and an eye surgeon to the successor of Osama bin Laden.

When he was fifteen years old, he organized his first movement in an effort to overthrow the then Egyptian government. He made headlines for himself for the first time in a courtroom cage. It was following the 1981 assassination of the then Egyptian President Anwar al-Sadat. The court apprehended Al-Zawahiri for his involvement in the assassination as a member of the Egyptian Islamic Jihad. Al-Zawahiri rose to prominence as a veteran of the Egyptian Islamist jihad. The government detained him along with a large number of other Islamists.

Merger with Al-Qaeda

Al-Zawahri fled Egypt shortly after Sadat’s murder and he made his way to Peshawar, where he joined Osama bin Laden. The Gulf war and the entry of the American troops into Saudi Arabia impacted Zawahiri’s ideology. It was due to these reasons he believed that Sadat had betrayed the Islamist cause. Soon Osama bin Laden completely shared his thoughts and made a similar opinion about the House of Saud. However, at one point al-Zawahiri advocated for striking the ‘distant enemy’ (the United States) first. He believed it would be better to topple the ‘close enemy’ (the Arab governments) later.

After bin Laden’s death, Ayman al-Zawahiri formally became the new leader of Al-Qaeda Central. Instead of a natural leader, his role in Al-Qaeda had always been that of a strategist and master planner. However, Zawahiri held the organization together. Under his leadership, Al Qaeda and its affiliates grew from an estimated 400 members on 9/11 to possibly 40.000 now.

How The World Reacted to The Killing Of Ayman Al-Zawahiri

Saudi Arabia

A statement from the foreign ministry of Saudi Arabia on Tuesday hailed the US declaration of Zawahiri’s killing. “Thousands of innocent people of different nationalities and religions, including Saudi citizens, were killed,” it stated. “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia welcomed the announcement by US President Joe Biden of the targeting and killing of the terrorist leader of Al-Qaeda Ayman Al-Zawahiri,” it said.

Canada

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau took to Twitter after the news of al-Zawahiri’s killing came out.

“The death of Ayman al-Zawahiri is a step toward a safer world. Canada will keep working with our global partners to counter terrorist threats, promote peace and security, and keep people here at home and around the world safe.” he tweeted.

Australia

Australian PM Anthony Albanese spoke in Parliament and sent his prayers to the family of the victims that died.

“For two decades, this man fled the consequences of his crimes. Our thoughts today are with the loved ones of all of his victims.

“So many lives have been lost and so much blood has been spilled since, including all those Australians who served, sacrificed, and gave their lives in Afghanistan,” said Albanese.

Taliban

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid on Monday confirmed an airstrike conducted by a drone in Kabul. He said the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan views that as a clear violation of international principles.

The Dark Face Of The Occupation, What Lies Behind It In Gaza ?

The situation in Gaza has been suffocating through the sixteen-year-old Siege, which the Israeli occupation imposes on Gaza. The dark face of the occupation includes the extremist attempts of restricting livelihood for the Gazans. It affects electricity, jobs, products, crossing points, goods, salaries, and each and every aspect of life. It affects the essential needs of any simple human being. Nevertheless, Gaza is still alive and existing in all aspects of life. How does Gaza hold on life despite the dark face of the occupation? What power does Gaza rely on?

The Great Attempts of The Gazans to Overcome The Dark Face of The Occupation

The people of Gaza have religious background. 90% of them are Muslims. This strengthens people to still hold on life and to have the potentials that enable the minimum limit of living. Huge amount of people in Gaza insist on living like normal human beings with a decent life. The people of Gaza got used to spend their days without electricity. Just imagine your life without electricity; it is very frustrating. On the contrary, this situation did create the power to overcome this problem somehow. The people of Gaza work on solar power projects. For example, The Islamic University of Gaza uses solar power in enhancing the educational process and reducing the costs.

The Self-Reliance in the People of Gaza

Many challenges created the impact of self-reliance in the people of Gaza. A great example of self-reliance is creating a local production that holds the sentence: Made in Gaza. Al Awda factories, Abu Aita dairy products, Mashael artistic production, Al Yazji drinks are examples of Gazan local production. It is very usual in Gaza to see a new restaurant every month. Like Bab Al Bahar, which opened a few days ago, they make risks to have their own income source. Looking at Gaza, you will see many brand-new projects processing in all domains: new restaurants, resorts, Real Estates, cars, and more.

Moreover, some housewives devote their selves to learn cooking in order to make food and sell it locally. They become homemakers to overcome the dark face of the occupation. Freelancing is a tremendous opportunity that creates remotely working freelancers. So many centers offer the service of teaching and recruiting freelancers like Gaza Sky Geeks. They help them to be ready to make their own income.

Nowadays, Palestinian workers try so hard to get Israeli work permit to work in the occupied lands of Palestine. It is not easy as it seems, but at least they can make somehow good salaries. Immigration is another way for the Gazans to overcome the dark side of the Israeli occupation. One of the family members can travel outside Gaza, find work, and send money to the family. Some people may travel for the sake of trading in all kinds of goods. They buy the goods from china and Turkey in cheap prices. Then they sell them in higher prices to earn little profits. Alternatively, they ship the goods from outside the country by dealing with shipping companies for a specific amount of commission.

Other Simple Attempts

A funny experience for the Gazans is using cooking oil as a fuel for cars. They used it during the fuel crisis. In addition, many male university students used to study under the light of the street. This used to be before the spreading of LED lights. So many Gazan citizens succeeded in making themselves icons worldwide. Mohammad abu Asaker was a normal university student; he works now in the United Nations. Mohammed Assaf, the Palestinian singer and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, succeeded in being famous worldwide. He also succeeded in spreading the heinous actions of the Israeli occupation. Other simpler ways of overcoming the occupation’s dark impact includes going to the sea in hot days. They take it as a way to mitigate the intensity of the weather. Going to the sea, is the biggest and the most successful free place for all people.

Still Appearing Challenges

Other may prefer to go to any restaurant. You might find a holder of bachelor degree who is working in Falafel restaurant, which completely blows the mind. Imagine that you spend four year at least of studying, and you pay so much money for that. Then you change your field because there is no available job related to your field. So many people can learn new skills or new crafts to keep up with the working demands. Although the people of Gaza created all the previously mentioned opportunities to overcome the dark impact of the Israeli occupation; they are not enough for a decent life and have many negative aspects, unfortunately.

Restaurants and resorts’ costs are not affordable for nearly 90% of the people of Gaza. The general appearance of the quality of living in Gaza tempts so many foreigner people. You can find everything you want, eat whatever meal you want, go to any resort and have a good day. Nevertheless, they do not know that these new projects 90% of them are made by debts, unfortunately. Moreover, trading projects have risks. They may make good profits or may be a big loss especially in a place like Gaza. The hardest part of all is working under the command of the Israelis. The Palestinian workers who hold a work permit in Israel suffers from injustice and oppression there. Simply, they may be killed. In other words, the Gazans are still affected by the dark face of the occupation.

Gazans did not surrender to these circumstances, and they continued to live to find their chance in life. They see a ray of hope through these self-created opportunities. This gives them the Badge of Honor that many peoples failed to have through the history. They do have a great potential to solve problems in the weirdest ways that would not come to your mind.

World Leaders Remain Silent Over Human Rights Violations In The UAE

A Glimpse Into The Human Rights Violations in the UAE

World leaders remain silent over human rights violations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). A Human Rights Watch world report released in 2022 highlights how the UAE continues to invest in a “soft power” strategy by falsely concealing its nation as progressive, tolerant, and rights-respecting. However, a reality check reveals UAE’s horrendous human rights track record.
  • The UAE violates freedom of expression and privacy rights through the use of arbitrary imprisonment, unlawful international attacks, and detainee abuse.
  • UAE subjects migrant workers to cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment.
  • UAE pays migrant workers poorly and subjects them to forced labour and illegal deportation without due process rights.
  • The UAE contributes significantly to the climate change crisis by being one of the world’s top ten oil producers and a top five per capita emitter of greenhouse gases. The UAE lobbied to push back the oil production cuts agreed between global oil producers during the pandemic.
  • Discrimination against women is commonplace.
  • All sexual activity outside heterosexual marriage is illegal, carrying a minimum prison sentence of one year.
A glimpse into how the UAE operates highlights a dark reality behind the spectacular skyscrapers, luxury lifestyles, and sunny beaches. The playground for the global rich operates at a high price for human rights.

Arbitrary Imprisonment of Human Rights Defenders

UAE94 Group of Human Rights Defenders

The arbitrary imprisonment of prominent human rights defenders (HRD) showcases the UAE’s strict intolerance of political dissent and freedom of expression. July 2022 marks the 10th anniversary of the arrest and arbitrary detention of the UAE94. This is a group of HRD, lawyers, judges, teachers, academics, and students peacefully protesting for political reform in the UAE. UAE wrongfully convicted the UAE94 protesters of “plotting a coup against the government”. As a result, the UAE94 were subject to forced disappearances, torture, and illegal imprisonment. The UAE systematically cracks downs and condemns, online and offline, critical and independent figures who advocate for human rights.

Counter-Extremism Counselling Law

The UAE arbitrarily imprisoned HRD’s Dr Mohammed Al-Roken and Ahmed Mansoor.

Al-Roken is a peaceful human rights activist seeking minimal democratic reforms. UAE authorities have still not released Al-Roken despite finishing his ten-year sentence on July 17th 2022. The UAE continue to hold detainees past the completion of their prison terms under the “counter-extremism counselling” law. This law cannot be appealed. 4/11 prisoners were released under Ramadan pardons during April 2022. However, the other seven remained in prison, despite already completing their sentences.
  1. Faisal Ali al-Shehhi (3 years, 11 months after the end of the sentence),
  2. Ahmed al-Molla (3 years, 11 months),
  3. Saeed Abdullah al-Buraimi (3 years, one month) and
  4. Mansoor Hassan al-Ahmedi (1 year, five months).
The UAE released Mansoor, a prominent Emirati HRD, in April 2022. Regional media outlets published Mansoor’s letter detailing the abuse he was facing in prison. In his prison letter, Mansoor highlights a lack of due process rights and access to a fair trial. Furthermore, the UAE held Mansoor in solitary confinement since his imprisonment in March 2017.

Human Rights Watch reported how the UAE authorities retaliated in response to the letter’s publication. Thus, authorities moved Manssor to a more isolated cell and denied him critical medical care. Mansoor was held incommunicado without basic needs such as a bed and mattress.

UAE Commits Cruel, Inhuman and Degrading Treatment Towards Migrant Workers

UAE authorities arbitrarily detained 375 African migrant workers taking them to al-Wathba prison on the 24th and 25th of June 2022. The migrant workers, who came from Cameroon, Nigeria, and Uganda, were illegally deported and unable to challenge the UAE decision. The Reuters Foundation reported that UAE illegally deported Cameroonians despite the ongoing violence in Cameroon.

World Leaders Remain Silent Over Human Rights Abuse in UAE

The United Nations and some of UAE’s strongest allies like the United States, United Kingdom, France and others should publically call for an immediate release of UAE HRD. For example, the US provide logistical and intelligence support to the UAE alongside military and arms support. Thus, their continued ignorance of the ongoing human rights abuse has been highlighted time and time again.

UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan embarked on his first official visit to France to meet with French President Emmanuel Macron on July 18th 2022. During the visit, they signed a strategic energy deal discussing environmental and technological issues. However, Macron did not discuss UAE’s human rights situation.

This highlights the world leader’s ignorance over the human rights violations in the UAE. Moreover, world leaders should not ignore UAE’s dismal human rights and should call UAE out for its actions. Macron should publicly raise human rights concerns and publicly call for the release of arbitrarily detained HRD.

UAE Plays Prominent Role in Conflicts Abroad

The UAE plays a prominent role in wars occurring beyond its borders, such as those happening in the Middle East.

Firstly, Saudi and UAE-led coalitions have conducted atrocious military operations in Yemen. This has resulted in horrendous civilian harm and egregious international humanitarian and human rights violations. Since 2019, the UAE has significantly reduced its military presence in Yemen. However, the UAE has built a substantial army of local forces and continues to fuel the conflict.

Secondly, the UAE authorities killed civilians in unlawful air and drone strikes in Lybia while supplying the Libyan Arab Forces (LAF) with weapons and ammunition. The LAF has committed international humanitarian law and human rights violations.

Thirdly, in January 2022, the UAE and Isreal signed a multi-billion dollar free trade agreement. The deal targets more than $10 billion in annual bilateral trade over the next five years. Making this the most significant trade agreement between Israel and any Arab country.

Many have expressed deep anger at the UAE’s support of Israel’s ethnic cleansing of Palestinians. Isreal continues to defy international law, engage in reckless airstrikes, and commit war crimes and crimes against humanity on the Palestinians. Isreal intentionally targets medical facilities, schools, and human rights activists while maintaining an illegal blockade on the Gaza Strip.

In 2020, Emirati poet, scholar and diplomat Dhabiya Khamis from UAE was banned by authorities from leaving Dubai International Airport on her way to Cairo. The travel ban was enforced due to her opposition to the UAE’s normalization deal with Israel. Khamis was punished for exercising her freedom of expression, which is strictly limited in the UAE.

Mass Surveillance Violates Human Rights in the UAE

The UAE continue to deploy mass surveillance on its citizens, violating numerous human rights laws related to freedom of expression and privacy. Furthermore, the UAE deploy their surveillance capabilities offline through mass facial recognition in public spaces.

Additionally, news reports have demonstrated how UAE authorities exploit Israeli spyware to access journalists, activists, and world leaders’ private communications and encrypted messages.

Discrimination Against Women in the UAE

The UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women expressed concerns over UAE’s continued discrimination against women in their law and practice.

Some provisions of UAE law regulating personal status matters discriminate against women. An example is a law stating how men can unilaterally divorce their wives. However, a woman must apply for a court order to obtain a divorce. Additionally, is that a woman can lose her right to maintenance if she refuses to have sexual relations with her husband without a lawful excuse. Furthermore, UAE’s nationality law provides that children of Emirati men are automatically entitled to UAE citizenship. However, children born to Emirati mothers and foreign fathers do not have this right.

Key Takeaways

World leaders continue to engage in diplomatic relations and trade deals with the UAE despite the authority’s complete disregard for human rights. UAE authorities rely on torture and abuse to consolidate their oppressive regime.

World leaders must address the arbitrary imprisonment of HRD and the offensive military operations by the UAE in countries such as Yemen, Syria and Libya. Unfortunately, this has not stopped world leaders in France, the United States and the United Kingdom from continuing friendly relations and remaining silent over the human rights violations. In addition, UAE’s billion-dollar trade deal with Isreal in January 2022 highlights the nation’s true colours, which are dishonourable, corrupt and immoral.

Furthermore, UAE continues to violate freedom of expression and privacy through its illegal mass surveillance operations. Women are discriminated against in UAE’s law and practice, which must be addressed by organizations such as the United Nations.

International civil society must continue to raise concerns over UAE’s human rights record and call on world leaders to take action against their violations.
